The definitions

Weather:  the state of the atmosphere at a place and time as regards temperature, wind, rain, etc.
Climate:  the general weather conditions prevailing in an area over a long period.
Dew:   tiny drops of water that form on cool surfaces at night, when atmospheric vapor condenses.´
Barometer:  an instrument measuring atmospheric pressure, used especially in forecasting the weather and determining altitude.
Thermometer: an instrument for measuring and indicating temperature, typically consisting of a graduated glass tube containing mercury or alcohol which expands when heated.
Hydrometer: an instrument for measuring the density of liquids.
Rain:  the condensed moisture of the atmosphere falling visibly in separate drops.
Sunny: bright with or receiving much sunlight.
Meteorology:   the study of the processes and phenomena of the atmosphere, especially as a means of weather forecasting.
Hurricanes:  a storm with a violent wind, in particular a tropical cyclone in the Caribbean.
